SENDING A CASE

At Moore's Dental Studio we understand the importance of embracing new technologies. Our Technical team are able to accept digital scans from a range of intra-oral scanners such as iTero™, 3 Shape TRIOS, Dexis IS Connect, Carestream and Medit.
For dental practices without intra-oral scanners, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to send and receive your cases, that's why we offer free postage to all of our customers.

Please ensure that you have planned sufficient turnaround time prior to booking your patient for their fit appointment. The turnaround time is calculated from the date that we receive your case and not the date that it was sent.
Freepost labels and lab sheets are available to download below.

Please include the following with your case:

Completed lab sheet
-
Impressions and/or models
-
Bite registration
-
Shade and prep shade, if all-ceramic crown
-
Clinical photographs, if available
-
Fit appointment date and time
​
It is vital for workflow reasons that we receive all information on cases by the end of the same working day. If we don't receive the information required in the specified time, the case unfortunately will be placed on hold until we receive the information and we can not be held liable for any delayed work.
